Light rye whiskey distilled at 160+ proof and then aged succinctly, soaked in ground espresso beans, strained and finished with maple syrup.

HANDCRAFTED
Organic rye grown by local family farmers, milled and distilled at our geothermal-powered distillery. Aged in oak barrels on the banks of the Mississippi River. Organic espresso beans and maple syrup are sourced from our local partners in Viroqua, Wisconsin at Wonderstate Coffee and Embark.
NATURE'S TOUCH
The heirloom rye we source is grown locally in open-pollinated fields. Diligent pollinators such as hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies help create the dynamic flavor profile of Heady Bella Coffee Whiskey®
