Award-winning craft distillery in the heart of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Powered by the Earth. Handcrafted with local grains.

DINE + DRINK

Seasonal fare.
Handcrafted cocktails.
One roof.

Our restaurant is an extension of the distillery — a place where locally sourced ingredients meet house-made spirits on the same plate and in the same glass. The menu changes with the seasons, the cocktails change with our imagination, and the welcome never changes at all.

OUR STORY

Where the Driftless
meets the
still.

We built this distillery on a simple belief: the best spirits come from the best land. Tucked into the bluffs of the Driftless Region, we source our grains from area farms, run our stills on geothermal energy, and let Wisconsin's glacially untouched landscape shape every bottle we make.

This isn't whiskey made for trend. It's whiskey made for place.
