Organic rye is double-distilled, lightly aged in recycled and toasted oak barrels, and infused with crystalized honey and fruit.

Downtown Toodeloo Rock and Rye® is delicious served straight up or on the rocks. It also pairs nicely with soda water or your favorite lemon/lime sodas.
HANDCRAFTED
Each small batch is milled, distilled, bottled by hand at our geothermal-powered distillery in Downtown La Crosse.
NATURE'S TOUCH
The heirloom rye we source is grown locally in open-pollinated fields. Diligent pollinators such as hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies help create the dynamic flavor profile of Downtown Toodeloo Rock and Rye®.

Our High Rye Light Whiskey is the base spirit and is infused with organic crystalized honey, maple syrup, oranges, cranberries, and lemon.
