HEADY BELLA MARTINI
2 oz Heady Bella
0.50 oz Fieldnotes Vodka
0.75 oz heavy cream
0.25 oz simple syrup

Add above ingredients to shaker and fill with ice, shake for 8-10 seconds and strain into martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

WISCO BULLDOG
1 oz Heady Bella
1 oz Fieldnotes Vodka
0.50 oz demerara*
0.75 oz heavy cream
3 oz Coca-cola

Add demerara, vodka and whiskey to rocks glass. Add 3 cubes. Add heavy cream and stir. Top with Coca-Cola. *0.25 oz chocolate syrup can be used in place of demerara

BELLAVARDIER
1.5 oz Heady Bella
1 oz sweet vermouth
0.75 oz Campari

Add above ingredients to mixing vessel, add ice and stir for 8-10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice or over one large cube, garnish with orange peel.

HEADY ICED MOCHA
2 oz Heady Bella
0.50 oz Irish Cream liqueur
0.50 oz half and half
Bar spoon of chocolate syrup

Add above ingredients to shaker and fill with ice, shake for 8-10 seconds and strain into rocks glass filled with ice and chocolate swirl.

TOM COLLINS
2 oz. Fieldnotes Gin (or Fieldnotes Vodka)
1 oz. lemon juice
seltzer

Add lemon juice and spirit to a rocks glass with ice and stir. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon.

VODKA COOLER
2 oz. Fieldnotes Vodka
0.50 oz. elderflower liqueur
2.5 oz. fresh orange juice
Ginger beer

Add above ingredients to glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh pomegranates and mint leaf.

HODAG MARGARITA
1.5 oz. Fieldnotes Vodka
0.25 oz. orange liqueur
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.25 oz. agave syrup

Combine all ingredients in small tin, long shake and double strain over cubed ice. Garnish with lime.

GIN SPARKLE
1.5 oz. Fieldnotes Gin
1 oz. cranberry juice
0.50 oz. orange juice
Champagne or Prosecco

Pour over ice and top with 1 oz. Prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries.

OLD FASHIONED
1.5 oz. High Rye Light Whiskey
dash of bitters
sugar cube
orange & Luxardo cherries
seltzer or lemon-lime soda

Muddle sugar cube, cherries and orange slice in an empty rocks glass. Fill with ice and add spirit. Top with soda of choice, bitters and stir.

RYE SMASH
1.5 oz. High Rye Light Whiskey
0.75 oz. simple syrup
fresh mint leaves
lemon

Muddle mint leaves, lemon slices, simple syrup, and a dash of water in shaker. Add spirit and shake with ice until cold. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint leaf.

TOODELOO MULE
2 oz. Downtown Toodeloo
ginger beer
lime

Add Downtown Toodeloo to rocks glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and lightly stir. Squeeze lime and add to glass.

RR PUNCH
2 oz. Downtown Toodeloo
0.5 oz. orange juice
0.5 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. grenadine
0.25 oz. simple syrup

Shake all ingredients together and strain over fresh ice.

CURRANT EVENTS
1.75 oz. Christmas Gin
0.75 oz. lime
1.25 oz. spiced cranberry syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and strain into coupe.

Spiced Cranberry Syrup:
1 cup real cranberry juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch of Cardamon 1 pinch of clove
Add above ingredients to stove top and simmer for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally. Strain out spices and chill in refrigerator.

HOLIDAY NEGRONI
2 oz. Christmas Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. sweet Vermouth

Add ingredients to glass filled with ice and stir, strain into tub and fill with ice.

HOLIDAY SPRITZ
1 oz. Christmas Gin
0.50 oz. Aperol
3 oz. Prosecco

Add top two ingredients, shake lightly and strain into champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with orange peel and cranberry.

ROSEMARY GIN & TONIC
2 oz. Christmas Gin
0.25 oz. lemon juice
tonic water

Add Christmas Gin and lemon juice to glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with rosemary sprig and a cranberry or two.

HOLIDAY MOJITO
2.5 oz. Christmas Gin
3 mint leaves (large)
4-5 blueberries
0.50 oz. simple syrup
club soda, lemon-lime soda

Muddle mint, fruit and simple syrup in pint glass. Add Christmas Gin and fill with ice, top with half club soda and half lemon lime soda. Garnish with mint leaf and blueberry.

CHRISTMAS CAPE CODDER
1.5 oz. Christmas Gin
0.50 oz. cranberry-rosemary syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
4 oz. seltzer

Combine all ingredients into measuring glass, stir, then add seltzer. Pour over glass filled with ice and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup:
2 cups of cranberry juice
3 sprigs rosemary
Add above to stovetop and bring to boil, reduce and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain out rosemary and chill in refrigerator.
