Nectar Society – Distillation and Sensory Exploration of Gin

To celebrate the release of our newest product – Barrel Aged Gin, we are hosting a deep dive into the world of gin. We will start with a tour of our production space. Mitch will take you through the distillation process and invite questions from the group. Following the tour, you will gather in the tasting room for a sensory exploration of various gins. The sensory class will deepen your understanding of flavors and aromas through taste and smell. We will be pairing light bites with each gin.
Cost : $60 per person
Includes : production tour, sensory education, tasting glass, tasting of Fieldnotes Gin, Navy Gin, Christmas Gin, Barrel Aged Gin. Gin tastings will be paired with light bites. You will have an opportunity to purchase our Barrel Aged Gin in advance of the release on Jan 24th.

La Crosse Distilling Company is proud to announce the inaugural release of Barrel Aged Gin – Fieldnotes Gin aged in repurposed bourbon and brandy barrels
Fieldnotes Gin has a subtle juniper flavor allowing for deep flavor profiles to develop through the aging process. As the gin ages, it absorbs the residual characteristics from the Buck Dancer Bourbon and Bluffside Apple Brandy. Barrel Aged Gin leads with pear and apple flavors on the front with vanilla – oak on the finish. It is uniquely delicious.
