Please join us on New Year’s Eve for a very special collaborative dining experience curated by La Crosse Distilling Co.’s Executive Chef Jorge Guzman and Union Kitchen’s Chef Yia Vang from the Twin Cities. Each chef will be creating 5 dishes inspired by their respective cultures, which includes Guzman’s home region of Yucatan, Mexico as well as featuring Vang’s Hmong heritage via Thailand and Laos. These two dynamic cultures and cuisines will come together for a one of a kind pop-up holiday dinner. La Crosse Distilling Co. is honored and excited to be the host for this special collaboration. The kitchen will be offering these exclusive dishes from 5-11 pm on New Year’s Eve along with cocktail specials from our bar and a toast at midnight to ring in the New Year! #wereallinthistogether
