Join Stephanie from Zen and Pow Studio for a live stream all-levels barre class paired with cocktails from La Crosse Distilling Co in your own living room! Register for the event and receive 15% off your entire carryout order (includes food & liquor) from the distillery! Order one of our batched cocktail mixes and bottle of spirit (LaX Mule or House Bloody Mary) to make your own drinks from home. Stephanie will demonstrate how to mix up your cocktails at the beginning of class and then you’ll hit the barre for your workout!

Sounds fun right?! Here’s how to join:
1. Register for the event by Wednesday, April 29th. Steph will send a confirmation email that includes the coupon code to receive the 15% discount
2. Order your batched cocktail mix [and some food!] from the distillery between April 23 – April 30.
3. 30 minutes before class begins, you will receive a link to join the LIVE stream (download Zoom app ahead of time if you’re joining from your phone or tablet)
What you’ll need for the barre class:
– Countertop/chair for your “barre”
– Light 2-3 lb. hand weights (soup cans and/or water bottles also do the trick)
– Yoga mat or soft carpet
– Laptop, tablet, or phone to login to Zoom
– Your drink of choice from the distillery!
